I think a lot of these guys are probably regretful and sorry you can see it some of their eyes. On the flip side; you hear about what theve done 30,40,50+ years ago , you hear some of that and you realize that their victims never got another chance, neither did their familes. Crimes even though on paper it may list one victim.. thats not true, its the entire family of that victim that is also a victim, then the perpetrators themselves , their families, they also turn into into victims from their actions. So you realize that yes, maybe now they couldn't hurt a fly and many maybe very regretful and sorry for what they've done, they are, in fact, where they need to be and should be. The only thing we can hope for is essentially forgiveness from all and for all involved and from God too if you believe in that. For anyone else out there; we really all need to do a better job at respecting one another , if not , at least respect life a lot more than we do. Everyone these days is so angry, and quick to do unspeakable things to each-other without so much as a second thought..over nothing in the grand scheme of things.. I dont know, i see stuff like this and just think we can all do and be better, and we should do an be better.

This system obviously doesn't work. You have to be blind to pretend as if crime is not ever growing but declining. With America diabolic prison reform. It's not stopping or slowing down anything. Just more inhumane people.

While I feel like yes they really should stay there in jail or only for the fact that they have committed crimes that deserves these long sentences and their victims should have also been given the chance to live but really given the fact that some of these people have been in prison so long that even if they were 60 and could work even at a grocery store or what not the fact that they have been there so long that they might not be able to assimilate into life in 2024 because just look at how much of the world has changed in the first 24 years of this century and even at that how would they be able to afford any medical care considering they have been locked up for so long and they are sick and most likely wouldn’t even be able to work even if they wanted to

Its okay if they atop n talk and see whays going on, but its the automatic assumption that a crime is taking place or about to take place

Do the crime do the time it’s obvious that someone sentenced to life will grow old in jail . But in a situation where you have taken another person’s life and you are sentenced to life ya have to pay and part of the struggle of being old and incarcerated is a part of the sentence, it might not be cheap and it might pull people to feel mercy for these offenders but when you choose to take a person’s life there are consequences and those consequences are harsh so you might want to think about the consequences of your actions before you end up in this situation.

Well, it could be worse than being a black "straight" human. A black trans woman's life expectancy is 36 death by violence usually from within her own community. I was born biological intersex and my state Tennessee just enacted enough hate laws by 2023 including biological intersex that I was forced out of the state because they revoked my birth certificate for identification presentation.
